How do I sold the led solar flood light to a new customer

Thank you for the support from the new customer for the led solar flood light order.

This is the first time he purchased the solar flood lights from China,he trusted us a lot after we showed the certificates, photos ,video and live broadcast. Now because COVID-19,we can not do the business face to face,we have to more flexible use of electronic equipment.

After got the payment from the customer,we wont let the customer away,but always keep posting the news and cargo dynamic to him so that he will feel safe.

We should keep communicating to him all the time.
